Service was done quickly and honestly. I thought I was going to need a coolant flush and fill (dealer said it was needed) and the tech stated it wasn't needed. They took pictures of the test results and shared them with me. They did a check on the car and noticed that my battery terminals had a lot of corrosion on them, I was provided with a picture and suggestion on how to avoid it. Their system uses an online site to view their assessment and select services that you would like them to complete, which is nice to review and not feel like a decision is needed while on the phone. The people I dealt with were very nice and helpful.

I’ve taken two cars for service there. First time was under maxcare warranty. They quickly found the issue and sorted everything out with the warranty provider and started working on it fast. I was able to get the car back that evening fixed. Second time was my wife’s car. They were able to find the issue and were very transparent of the issues. Her car was fixed and was delivered on time. Great communication and great service

As I was driving, suddenly an odd noise began occurring from the front passenger front of the car whenever I put my foot on the brake. Then it began occurring as I rounded corners. I was to leave two days later on an eight hour round-trip drive and knew I needed to deal with it. A friend in Eugene who works in the automotive industry told me to call Re-Born Automotive. As it was just past Re-Born's closing time, I drove over the next morning when they opened. I was told that a mechanic could look at it but most likely it would be a week or so before they could work on it. Lo and behold, they found the problem and fixed it; I picked it up the morning after. Problem solved, brakes are in excellent condition once again, and I am able to drive safely. Thank you!! I highly recommend Re-Born Automotive for auto repair.
