Cliff and Jim have mastered the art of customer service on every level, which is a dying art in our current culture. From utter transparency, specificity and clarity with quotes to drop-off and pick-up services from Nelson to thoroughness and high quality repair, they exemplify the very quality and values an auto repair shop should live up to, but too few can match. Re-born is a true gift for their customers and we are so darn lucky to have them in Portland.

Don't go there for a oil change. $68 - for the oil change. Labor cost more than supplies. Very nice guys who run the place.
