As I was driving, suddenly an odd noise began occurring from the front passenger front of the car whenever I put my foot on the brake. Then it began occurring as I rounded corners. I was to leave two days later on an eight hour round-trip drive and knew I needed to deal with it. A friend in Eugene who works in the automotive industry told me to call Re-Born Automotive. As it was just past Re-Born's closing time, I drove over the next morning when they opened. I was told that a mechanic could look at it but most likely it would be a week or so before they could work on it. Lo and behold, they found the problem and fixed it; I picked it up the morning after. Problem solved, brakes are in excellent condition once again, and I am able to drive safely. Thank you!! Reborn is great. I can be a pain because I drive an old car and ask alot of questions but the crew of Reborn is always patient. I have alot of family members that depend on me and my car for critical stuff like doctor visits, so I really appreciate knowing what is going on with it.
