CLIFF, JIM AND HANS AS ALWAYS, TAKE EXCEPTIONAL CARE IN LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS. OVER THE PAST MANY YEARS, I DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES FIGHTING TRAFFIC FROM VANCOUVER TO HAVE ALL MY VEHICLES SERVICED BY REBORN. MOST RECENTLY THE 2009 PRIUS HAD AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM THAT CAME AND WENT. HANS DID GREAT DETECTIVE WORK TRACKING DOWN THE GREMLINS. AN ELECTRICAL SHORT CAUSED FROM UNBEKNOWNST ACCIDENT IN FRONT END. GROUND HAD COME LOSE, ARCED AND WAS REPAIRED. IT MADE ALL THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS, ABS WARNINGS AND SO FORTH GO AWAY! CAR RIDES GREAT, NO WORRIES, TOOK IT ON 600 MILE TRIP OVER WEEKEND. SO PLEASED TO HAVE REBORN AS OUR AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS. GOOD SERVICE, BY GREAT PEOPLE!

I was interested in purchasing a 1993 Volkswagon Eurovan from a friend. I took it for a short test drive (it was rush hour, so I could not get it up to speed on the freeway) and she mentioned that she was okay with me taking it to a mechanic to have checked out. My regular mechanic said they dealt with VWs, but not these campers, so they suggested Reborn for a pre- purchase inspection. The inspection showed several problems with transmission, exhaust, timing belt, CV joint, etc. Jim said that unless I was a big fan or wanted a project, it was not worth it, as it would cost several thousand to do the repairs. It was worth it to me to spend the money to help make an informed decision. My friend took it to the shop and said it was the prettiest auto repair shop she had ever been to, and they gave her a ride home, which is also a nice customer service perk.
