Hello--I've been getting requests to rate your recent service on my vehicle but I am sent to a site wanting me to use a Google account which I don't have and do not want. I've used Reborn Auto several times over the years with different vehicles and I have never had anything to complain about; you do good work and are always welcoming and friendly.

Could not ask for any better customer service&shop work work to get the job done right

Can't say enough about this shop. Dropped my car off with an unusual a/c issue. Hans did some trouble shooting and not only diagnosed the issue, but also did some research and found that the manufacturer has a service campaign to fix the issue free of charge at a dealer. They gave up the job so I could take it in and get it fixed for free. Also, as I had never heard of a service campaign, it's not like a warranty where notice is sent to the owner. This is something they had to go out of their way to find. Much appreciation to the crew at Re-Born.

These guys are excellent. Highly competent, friendly, quick, great problem-solvers. They get both the big things and the small details. I totally trust them.

It was a minor problem but Hans took care of it quickly the very next day. The folks are always pleasant and helpful--they seem to really enjoy working there. I got to meet Suzanne.
