Five stars on every level. Cliff, the service manager, made sure I was comfortable proceeding with various repairs before green-lighting anything. I never felt pressured into ok-ing a service. Labor costs were explained in detail upon request, and the work has been top-notch. Attention to detail at all levels is apparent as their shop is neat, and their waiting room clean and comfortable. Stellar all around!

First time I've had a good experience at an Auto shop, so I will continue to go here if I keep owning higher-end cars. Every other shop I've been to, the attitude of the staff and mechanics has been horrible. This place was different, which is the reason I'm writing a review.As a male BMW owner, I have gotten negative attitudes from almost all other mechanics in the past. They assume I am a rich yuppie, or a rich kid, and they have assumed they could pull the wool over my eyes....just horrible attitudes based on perceived income differences.The short version of the story is that the staff was friendly, had good attitudes, and didn't try to speak down to me like many mechanics do.

Recently I had a checkup on my 84 Toyota Tercel to be ready to pass DEQ for renewing my license. My favorite mechanic has been taking care of this car for years and has even re-built the engine. It always runs great after he does a few little adjustments every 6 months or so.
