The thing that I don't know whether I've mentioned before but I always appreciate, is that compared to some shops where you might take a car in for repairs, you don't pressure me to have anything done if it's really not quite necessary yet. There are some things that you've put on a "let's monitor this and when it gets worse let's fix it, or let's do that three months from now" which can be really helpful when you're expecting a $3,000 repair bill and it turns out to be $1200 instead. That's got to be kind of unusual for auto repair shops and I feel like you really are taking good care of me and my car -- so thank you!
