Portland Auto Repair

We just spent major $$ on the Camry. Due to an atypical emissions conrol set up from the factory we had to return the car for a 2nd day to allow for addtional diagnosis. Mike was great, stayed on top of Toyota untill they figured out what was going on and still got the car done by 5pm. Thanks Mike! appreciate the continued Stellar service! You guys are all great. The only thing I would like would be to be able to bring my car in closer to the time it is actually taken into the shop to be worked on. Since I don't have any other business in Portland it would be nice to not be tied up with nothing to do for the entire day. Otherwise everthing is perfect! a great repair by the Re-Born team, my 2003 W8 lost the torque convertor as I was leaving on vacation. My VW Passat W8 although 10 years old has only 30,000 miles and everyone at Re-Born worked to try to get VW to cover this frequent repair on the early W8's. VW America said no way but Re-Born went above and beyond, as always, and did the repair on time and at the original estimated price. Actually they were below the original estimate as Cliff got a deal on some of the parts. Thanks to the folks at Re-Born.

The people at Re-Born are always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They're honest about what my car needs, what things will cost, and what the best options for short and long term repairs are.
