Re-Born is easily the finest automotive repair shop i've ever interacted with, and no i'm not related to them. (Google me if you don't believe me). My poor Audi has been in hospice for over a year now, and they've kept her happy and running with a minimum of annoyance and cost that entire time. She'll keep on running, too, until I can afford a new one (yes, another Audi, which Re-Born will work on).Kudos, Re-Born...nice job.Jim Staicoff

I recently moved my car care to Re-Born after the owners of my previous car repair shop retired and closed up. All my records were automatically transferred. I'm grateful that my last car repair shop cared enough to do that and that they recommended such a nice place to go. They have done some initial work and it was well done and fairly priced.

I had an excellent experience at Re-Born Automotive. I was able to make an appointment exactly when I wanted and took advantage of their shuttle service. I appreciated that I was offered less-expensive options for some services - even if they weren't with them. I felt like I received honest, respectful treatment 100% of the time. I will gladly return for service when needed.

I have trusted my car to the Reborn team since 1990 when I bought it used. They have kept it running great. I just took it in for a safety check and tune up before going through DEQ. After checking the battery - it was a little low, but had 116 months on a 5 year battery, so I felt okay about buying a new one.

As always, friendly, helpful, communicative, and gave me a ride both ways!

These people never give up. Whatever the problem, whatever the challenge, they persist. They fixed some very fussy problems with my Audi and did it right. AND, icing on the cake, they did NOT nor ever have ripped me off with regard to parts pricing, labor costs, estimates or promises. These people are the real deal and we're lucky to have them in Portland. They will do it right, price it fairly and appropriately and honor their commitments every time.
