Don't you just hate it when a part recently replaced (< 3 months ago) fails. It happened to me and I was not a happy camper. I brought my car back for a checkout and within 15 minutes they had my car on the lift, problem identified and told me they would take care of it as quickly as possible as soon as they could get the part. I got a call about 2 1/2 hours later, car was fixed, no charge, no BS. They earned a customer by the professional way they handled it. They were honest, kept their word and no excuses. That's how a problem is supposed to be handled!

This whole group is fantastic! I recommend them to friends all the time. Accommodating, friendly, quick yet thorough -- the whole ball of wax. Can't say enough good things.

We took in our very old vehicle. The quote was fair and services were completed in a very timely manner. They also did a safety check on our vehicle and made recommendations for what should be prioritized. Staff kept in excellent communication with me by phone and email and having courtesy shuttle service helped immensely! We will bring our car back for the additional suggested services.
