Everyone at Re-Born is courteous, helpful, and focused on making things work. They stayed in touch by phone to describe what needed to be done and what my options were, the work was completed in the promised timeframe, and got me back on the road as quickly as possible.

This place is clean, the waiting room is inviting, the staff often offers me a ride when they have someone available, and my car is always fixed properly the first time. My car had an odd problem that would only kick in after a long drive and they took the time to recreate it so that they KNEW what they were dealing with rather than taking stabs in the dark. I trust them. They cost more than the shops near my house, but I believe I get better service for it all the way around.

I'm THRILLED with the service that we've recently experienced at Re-Born. Our car was recently stolen and we took it to get detailed at Details by Mark which is around the corner from Re-Born. During the detailing process, there were some concerns on how the car was running and Mark recommended the crew at Re-Born. My contact there was Mike.Mike did an AMAZING job on our car. The thing I am most pleased about is the clear and consistent communication I had with Mike. Nothing was done on our car unless Mike had the go-ahead from me or my husband. He kept us informed every step of the way. He took his time explaining the process to me (I am not a car person). Our car went back and forth between Re-Born and Details by Mark a few times and both crews were on top of it communicated clearly with each other.Now that we have the car back I can tell the difference in how it drives! It feels very solid and it feels good to drive a car that has recently had a safetly inspection.Re-Born is our go to maintenance shop from now on. I highly recommend!

Re-Born is efficient in every way. As far as I can tell all the work has been excellent.

My repair was going to be done in 1 day, which really impressed me. I elected to have more work done, which extended the service time, but it was still fast by my standards. The cost was reasonable and you were able to really answer all my questions.

I have never had a bad experience.
