It’s always difficult to find a reliable business to take care of your car. So being new to Portland, I wanted to find a place that would not over-diagnose issues and recommend work that was not necessary. After going to a big chain that recommended extensive work at a steep price, I took my car to this family-owned, AAA-approved business to compare recommendations. Re-Born’s safety inspection resulted in quite different service recs at half the cost. Not only that, but customer service here is warm and personal, communication is tech-friendly and they provide a shuttle service I thought was a thing of the past. I’m a big supporter of local businesses so I’m happy to share my experience with others looking for a mechanic they can trust.
