I've been a customer for three years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I had to have an expensive part replaced and instead of taking my money, Reborn informed me that the Volkswagen dealership would do it for free due to a recall that I didn't know about (saving me $500!). They offer a free shuttle service, have a nice waiting area and darn good coffee. They always explain the work that they recommend before proceeding and I know that I won't be taken for a ride. Plus, they clean your car when they're done!

I've had consistently great service with Re-Born. Quality work performed on time. Free shuttle rides to and from my office. They're not the cheapest in town, but they fix it once, fix it right and don't try to BS you. They seem to find good prices on parts, too.
