I initially chose Re-Born because of their excellent reputation and their AAA recommendation. During the years I have been bringing my vehicles for service and repair work, I have always been satisfied with their "above and beyond" service.

I called on Monday (with some busy plans for the weekend) needing to get my car in for recommended maintenance. They got me in less than 3 days later, had my car tuned up and ready to roll the same day. Other than a few belts that were looking worn, nothing else was recommended to be change. Honest people, good technicians - I highly recommend them.

In addition to excellent vehicle service they have a very personable and attentive staff, a pleasant waiting area with water, coffee, wifi, comfortable seat and pick-up and drop-off service if needed. Their billing is fair and they seem to make their best effort to complete repairs as quickly as possible (almost always within one day except on in one or two major service occasions) and pass on saving in labor to me. On the two instances where my car required repeat repair on a part that had failed following service, the staff at Reborn honored their 18-month guarantee without question or hesitation. Actually, with out me even mentioning it. In my experience Re-Born Automotive is a class act and provide quality that always meet and, often, surpass my expectations.

Responded to my email inquiry within a couple hours on a Sunday. Got us scheduled next day (Monday) to replace the radiator and repairs completed same day. Very much appreciated such quick service for our only, and much used, auto.
