My Grand Prix developed a rod knock and I didn't know who to turn to for advice and repair. A google search brought me to Re-Born Automotive, and so glad that I chose them to repair my car. I dealt with Hans to figure out what to do ,which involved an engine replacement and other repairs that needed to be done. Very professional and enjoyed working with them to get my car back running again. Thanks to Dave for doing most of the work and doing a great job! Car is running great again! Thanks!! One more thing I want to mention. I was very impressed that you are given a link to a web page that shows your work order/invoice, which shows what work has been done and completed, along with a running list of parts and the cost. Pictures too of the process. Couldn't be more impressed with the whole experience.

I needed to replace a window on my car, Re-Born pretty quickly handled replacing the window even with parts issues and shipping issues happening.

I can’t put in words how helpful and professional Jim was. I had a really negative and difficult experience dealing with my insurance (USAA) but Jim spoke to them on my behalf and made the process so much easier. Communication, timeliness, honesty, all around helpfulness and service to my vehicle were all above and beyond my expectations. Fixed the heater which originally they didn't think they could fix. However they kept at and finally discovered the problem.. Thank goodness.
