They are professional and always straight up. They are very clear with what they recommend and why. I never get the sense that they are trying to up-sell. This last time they told me it would take some time to complete the work and gave me a projected completion time. Not only was the work done to perfection, they were actually done a little sooner than they projected. I always leave there knowing they did a great job at a fair price. Keep up the great work!
