When I first decided to try Re-Born, I had just had my VW worked on at another shop, which had given me poor service. I was immediately impressed with Re-Born's Code of Ethics, on their website. I had previously avoided the company, thinking it must be very religious, with a name like that, but it's not. Not only did they deliver great service, but they also revealed even more about the previous repair shop. THAT shop had told me that my front brakes were at 10% ( which would have cost me over $500 to fix ). I asked Re-Born about my front breaks, after the tune-up, and they told me they're great! That the front brakes were at six millimeters, and that you don't need to replace them until they're at two millimeters. I've been taking my VW there ( and avoiding the place on Stark ) ever since!

Yet again Re-Born knocks it out of the park! They have a great system which sends you diagnostic information with pictures so you can make educated decisions regarding your cars repair. My go-to mechanic!

I brought my car in, and was thrilled with the friendly, competent service. This place has earned all the great things people say about them, and I'll be taking my car back in the future. They seem honest, and it's a pleasure taking my car in to them for service. UPDATE: Brought my car back in for a new radiator and a cleanup near the oil tank (or whatever it's called.) They had to take an extra day, but were very apologetic and friendly, and I am very satisfied with the work they did. Such nice people, and they inspire confidence that they can get the job done.

Everything generally went well. Got bumped from my appt. due to a busy thanksgiving week (no room for car storage), so its good I call ahead and and avoided a wasted trip. Re-scheduled, and came in two days later.

We've been bringing both our cars to Re-Born for the last few years, since getting a recommendation from a friend. We couldn't be happier. They operate an amazing business with compassion, integrity and outstanding service. We have made our own referrals to friends and wouldn't take our cars anywhere else!

Had an radiator coolant leak, made an appointment and was taking care of the Flange part was replaced in a timely manner...Thanks Again, Re-Born Auto!!

The people at Re-Born are solid in their effort, really walk me through the "needs to be done now, and the can be set aside til you are ready" work, and let me now pricing and timing before jumping in. They are friendly and work fast! There is a reason I have been going to them for years and years.
