I was referred to Re-Born Automotive for services on my 2004 Mazda RX8. I had been going to the dealers to have it serviced and felt I was being over-sold and the cost of servicing was very expensive. One my first visit to Re-Born, I was very impressed by the staff and mechanics who helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They communicate well and listen to your concerns about you vehicle. I received quotes on the work to be done and/or in progress. There are never any surprises about costs with Re-Born. They are an excellent automotive shop that is operated with integrity. I had a mysterious bad running problem, the guys needed a long time to trace the problem. They checked with me along the way about progress and tried to get it done in time for a trip. Missed the trip but not for want of trying. They didn't hurt me bad on the labor and finally got the problem sorted to my satisfaction. After a couple hundred miles had similar problem, they got right on it and re-connected a stupid vacuum hose and didn't charge me. Cheers for thorough and competent work and great service, jc
