This shop has lost its way. I am super perplexed by the number of good reviews? The customer service was consistently snarky/curt. Their short comings and mistakes were always turned on me? Offensive explanations for delay's and cost jump, like I am stupid and misunderstood something? Both times I took my vehicle here it took 2 days longer than estimated and the price jumped to almost $500-$700 more than estimated. Essentially I paid them a little over $3K in 3 months, not to mention $500 in car rental fees. I figured the first time was a one-off. No. It's their MO or 'scandalous way' of taking what they can while they have your vehicle. I also had a 5 gallon water bottle on my back drivers floorboard that was spilled and soaked my carpets! How that bottle spilled is beyond me? My front/back seat carpets were both filthy and soaked! Do NOT trust this company. You will walk away, every time, feeling disgusted, irritated, offended and will have zero trust in auto repair shops all together. This is a delayed review because after explaining to someone what I experienced with Reborn, the work I had done, the cost, and time it took; I was referred to a different shop that treated me with respect, gave me my car back on scheduled return date (respecting the cost of rental car & logistics with work etc), and went under estimated cost TWICE! Walking away with gratitude and feeling respected is not something I take for granted. I took the time to write this review a year later because it was earned.

This place is worth reputation, kind staff and great service. Will be a customer for a long time!

I was in the middle of a long trip and was forced to stop for service due to an alarming noise. The staff made a space in their schedule to diagnose the problem. As it turned out the problem was one that they could fix immediately. We were pleased.

The manager John was dishonest about the price of inspection for my car. I was originally told $50 and the price ended up being $290. I would recommend going elsewhere, their lack of communication and honesty about pricing cost me quite a bit.
