Excellent, EXCEPT someone apparently opened the hood of my car and didn't fully "click" it shut again - fortunately I noticed before getting into the car and starting to drive. I'm a bit mystified why they did this since the issue was with my rear bumper.

I had a fantastic experience with Re-Born automotive. I have a 1974 VW campmobile and the transmission was not able to stay in the reverse gear. Cliff at Re-Born walked me through all the things the shop did to fix the problem, kept me informed about any additional work that needed to be done, and made sure I was happy with the repairs BEFORE charging me for the work. I think this is the best care and service I have every gotten for my beloved VW bus.

We have been coming to Reborn for over 10 years and find the staff always very courteous, trustworthy, and helpful. The work is completed on time and in a competent, accurate manner.

I'm absolutely 100% satisfied about the recent work Re-Born did on my '83 Westfalia . They spent a ton of time testing and driving the vehicle to successfully diagnose and repair several problems . I couldn't head out on a long trip with any confidence the old girl would make it without their work and seal of approval .

Check Engine light was on. Wife was concerned that the car may fail and leave her stranded. Asked Re-Born Automotive to diagnose the cause(s) of the Check Engine light. Within 30 minutes the diagnosis showed two codes, neither of a serious (leave the driver stranded) nature. Re-Born Automotive reset the Check Engine light. Cliff delivered the news of the diagnosis and the alternatives for dealing with the codes. I chose the 'do nothing' option, for now. Wife is happy; so am I. "Happy wife' happy life!" Want a happy life; take your car to Reborn. I've been a happy Re-Born Automotive customer for decades.

What more can you ask of an auto shop than honesty and expertise? In addition ReBorn has the best, most comfortable waiting room ever, and they just feel like friends. And they'll take me to my office so I can work while they work on my cars. Have never used anyone else since moving to PDX in 2010, or since I moved to East Vancouver, WA a year ago. It's farther to get there now, but I never thought of even looking for another shop.

Reborn somehow has to incubate like-minded and equally-skilled Reborns all over the country. They have customer service, quality, honesty and fair pricing down to an art. Best automotive repair team I've come across in my 52 years of driving. I've owned 14 cars across all those years. My wife's and my present cars are in the best possible hands. We never worry.
