Just a routine maintenance job which took about an hour. My only regret was the radio playing in the waiting area. Too loud and, well, just obtrusive, esp. for those of us getting work done on computers or phones while waiting. Just turn it off? ;)

Reborn is the real thing. I had them do some repair and it failed. I called on the day before a Holiday @ after noon. They said bring it in now. Wow I was impressed. Thank You. You are human. And Rock Stars. 1 Happy Customer. Again.

Re-Born Auto was better than expected and extremely kind. I think their clean shop shows a lot about the professionalism of the business and they made me feel comfortable leaving my newly purchased used car there to be checked out. Great customer service and I will definitely be back!!

Re-Born Automotive is one of the last "Honest" repair shops left in Portland! In the last week I have taken two of my vehicles to them for service and the drive great now. I didn't remember how well they drive after their service. I have used Re-Born for many years and will as long as I own a car in the Portland area!

Cliff was great this week- he called me a few times, and found me some creative options when the original price to fix my air conditioner was out of my budget. I've always felt like the people at Reborn were trustworthy.

Very happy with Re-Born Automotive service department and customer service. They were polite and prompt. They located a windshield wiper motor for my older car and installed the part within an hour. Funny, the day they did the work we had the most rain ever, so they did save my day. Very pleased. I recommend them.

I have been taken my rav4 to Reborn for years and still run great! I trust all the mechanics and how they instruct me with the importance of car maintenance.
