I've gotten a couple of cars aligned at re-born, and each time the communication and service is great. Very professional which is one thing I always looks for. Can't go wrong with Re-born.

Re-Born was able to do an oil change on the spot. Upon checking out, when I said that I had been told (when I had had my tires replaced by another company that morning) that my oil was very low, the response was, "older cars burn oil; come back in when you're half-way through the oil change cycle and we will top off your oil." That's what I call good service!

Re-Born is trustworthy and does great work. Prompt, polite, friendly. They tell you what the problem is and explain your options. I’ve never felt pressured or upsold. I really appreciate them!

Very friendly greeting for a first time customer. Very concerned about taking care of my car issues. Jim has always kept me in the loop what happening and answered my questions. On picking up my car met David Street who performed the work on my my car. Was very concerned about how the work is done and fixed things that needed attention. Also how everyone thought it was the best looking PT they have seen. Made me feel good to know that they knew how I took care of my car. Also was not expecting a bottle of wine when picking my car up. Great job overall I would recommend this shop to others in the future, and will return as needed for routine work to be done.
