I needed to replace a window on my car, Re-Born pretty quickly handled replacing the window even with parts issues and shipping issues happening.

I can’t put in words how helpful and professional Jim was. I had a really negative and difficult experience dealing with my insurance (USAA) but Jim spoke to them on my behalf and made the process so much easier. Communication, timeliness, honesty, all around helpfulness and service to my vehicle were all above and beyond my expectations. I will continue to go to re-born automotive for my repair needs and highly encourage everyone needing work done on their car to check them out!

Fixed the heater which originally they didn't think they could fix. However they kept at and finally discovered the problem.. Thank goodness.

First time coming here, and had a great experience. I had gone to Jiffy Lube last week just for an oil change, and they tried to upsell me on a bunch of things my car didn't need. One of those things was getting my transmission fluid changed, which the Jiffy lube guy had really tried to scare me on. I decided to come into Re-born for a second opinion, and of course nothing was wrong. I appreciated that they didn't even charge me for taking a look at my car, and I will be definitely be coming to them in the future!

Been going here since the late 90's. Although the title has changed and some of the original people have left or retired the service remains top-notch.
