First time I've had a good experience at an Auto shop, so I will continue to go here if I keep owning higher-end cars. Every other shop I've been to, the attitude of the staff and mechanics has been horrible. This place was different, which is the reason I'm writing a review.As a male BMW owner, I have gotten negative attitudes from almost all other mechanics in the past. They assume I am a rich yuppie, or a rich kid, and they have assumed they could pull the wool over my eyes....just horrible attitudes based on perceived income differences.The short version of the story is that the staff was friendly, had good attitudes, and didn't try to speak down to me like many mechanics do.

Recently I had a checkup on my 84 Toyota Tercel to be ready to pass DEQ for renewing my license. My favorite mechanic has been taking care of this car for years and has even re-built the engine. It always runs great after he does a few little adjustments every 6 months or so.

Hello all! I highly recommend this shop. I was referred here from a friend, and as the owner of a new (used) car, I am protective of where I take it. I cringed the whole time Jiffy Lube was working on it when I went in for an oil change. Now I won't be going anywhere but Re-Born. The lobby is super clean and inviting, not what you would expect from an auto shop. The owners are super professional and were willing to listen to my ideas about what was wrong with my car. There was a super loud and obnoxious screeching noise coming from the underside of my car, so I took video recording of the sound when I was driving and they were actually excited to hear it! Made me feel included in the process of figuring out what was wrong. Turns out there was a rock in my brake well, and it didn't cause damage but a small cosmetic nic in the well. I got lucky. Anyways, highly recommend this shop. Sincere owners. I especially loved that on the wall inside the lobby there were photos of the mechanics with their families - a little background about who they are as well as their credentials! Good luck with your cars everyone!

Mysterious Mini ailment. Valve job? That's what the other garage said. Nope, turned out to be fairly minor.Got it right in, diagnosed it immediately, I got it back the next day. Very nice people, too.

We are now in our 40th year with Re-Born (previously Import Garage). We continue to receive excellent and timely service. In the past year, we have had both routine maintenance and major repair work completed on both of our Subaru Foresters, including this past week where the final bill was less than the estimate we received. We have referred several friends and family members to Re-Born, all of whom have been very pleased with the service they received. We would not go elsewhere.

Fit me into a busy schedule, thorough inspection with a priority for safety with my older vehicle. Informative and patient - even the office space indicates that they want the customer to be comfortable.
