They came highly recommended and I agree. So nice, very personal, and they explain everything clearly. It was my first visit but I will continue to use them. I did not feel like just a number in a large operation. The best!

I was really impressed with the communication throughout the process, I was working so I couldn’t take any phone calls, So I love that they sent updates to my phone and helped me prioritize what my car needs, and the whole process was very transparent, which is pretty different from other shops. I have to go back to the last shop, I went to, and hold them accountable for some warranted work, and Re-Born auto is willing to help me or talk to them, I feel supported, so thank you. Re-Born is my new repair shop and I don’t wanna go anywhere else

The 1st time I was here the replaced my power steering this time the replaced my alternator, check my battery, top off my fluids. They do very good work, provide friendly service at a reasonable rate. They are my new go to for auto repairs.

Great job communicating from start to finish. They caught an issue caused by a previous oil change company (never going to those again). They told me about an issue that will become more serious later so I could budget for it (rather than most shops that just try to get the sale this time). They also went the extra mile and stayed late when I needed to pick up the car 10 minutes after closing. Great experience!

By far the cleanest, most organized and nicest shop I’ve ever been to! I will never go anywhere else. I was having trouble with both of my cars! One mechanic I’ve seen for years had said my Volvo work wasn’t urgent, but I only had one week off and wanted to get it all done. The Camry needed a clutch replaced but the shop was retiring so I went to Reborn on referral. instead of taking the money, they were able to diagnose I only needed a part and saved me over $1k. They fit me in last minute and saved the day! So I decided to bring in my Volvo for a once over and they fit me in same week! The found out my cam shaft belt was shredded and about to pop, they fixed it right up and saved me possibly my entire vehicle. I love that they send a text with diagnostic details and ask for confirmation before doing the work. They offered me a complimentary drop of shuttle with no extra charge. So thoughtful and considerate, I can’t say enough about these guys. It’s so well organized, the guys are experts and such a friendly family run business. Highly recommended - best shop in town.
