Excellent service. They were there for us when we needed help. Our car broke down due to engine trouble and they took the time to investigate the root cause and tried to get parts to repair. Unfortunately our engine was beyond repair and they allowed us to keep our car on their lot without additional charge until we were able to get our car towed a few days later. They referred a tow company which based on their recommendation gave us a discount on towing.

Re-Born Automotive will forever have my business. My car had been squealing for a few months, and I took it into the dealership to get a oil change and diagnostic for the problem. They told me I needed a coolant fan replacement and coolant flush that was “required” and quoted me about a thousand dollars to fix. I immediately started looking for a second opinion and came across Re-Born. Hans was extremely helpful over the phone and quoted me about half the price the dealership did. The repairs were super quick, and they even called me and let me know that they didn’t think the coolant flush was required and so if I didn’t want it, I didn’t have to pay for it. I ended up using that saved money to replace my tires, and they had those repairs done in about a day.
