I was there for a 30K mile service which takes a long time. I was given a ride home and a ride back to Re-Born to pick up my car. I was told about the extent of the service and what I need to look out for - which wasn't much. I will go back for my oil change service after 3,000 miles. All of the people I dealt with were very pleasant.

I have been using Re-Born for almost the last 20 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. They're great folks and do great work. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or anybody else.

The folks at Re-Born have integrity. They are honest. They have kept our good, old car running well for many years. Vince's recommendations are good, honest and sensitive to our budget. Re-Born can do many specialized jobs in-house, but when a problem needs to be outsourced, Re-Born sends us only to the best local specialists.

When I came to pick up my car, and Cliff was reviewing the invoice and statement with me, he noticed that several of the repair items listed had not in fact been done on my car and were recorded in error. He went back to check with the shop to clarify. Then when the "check-up" sheet was given to me, it had alert marks in several categories that were not in fact really a problem alert. This was taken care of. After I had charged the bill, Cliff realized that I had been charged too much (perhaps due to the original incorrect invoice) and so the invoice had to be rerun and a credit given to me. All this paper work that wasn't right made me concerned and I hope that this experience is not repeated the next time I bring the car in. As far as the actual work performed on my work, I am pleased with that.

Have been taking my car here for a few years now. Re-born is great. They are meticulous about diagnosing necessary repairs and do a high quality job carrying out the work, on schedule. Front end staff is very friendly, and great at explaining what needs to be done and prioritizing repairs.
