For any new client of REBORN, here is the bottom line about these folks. They build relationships with their customers. Simple. Their business model is relational. They will never cheat you. They will keep you in the loop on progress with the work at hand (whether it's letting you know about when the part will get in, to any changes in the planned work). There's more, though. These people really take pride in what they do. For example, in a recent repair (which had been a bit complicated), the results were great. I happened to be at REBORN with our other vehicle and Cliff went outside to see how the earlier repair was holding up ... he didn't announce he was doing that; rather, I noticed he was out in the front lot checking out that item quietly and for his own satisfaction, as it turned out, because he didn't know that I noticed him doing it. Integrity, right? Pride in work, right? Anyway, you get the drift. These guys are the real deal.
