My Volvo 960 was having starting issues. I had it towed down to them. I was scared it was going to be a nightmare, you know the run around. I am happy to report that they got to my car in a reasonable amount of time. Their communication was up front, personable and to the point, no vague promises. They could of ripped me off saying it was a starter or ignition switch, but nope, they found the loose wire on my starter and repaired it. They even said that this was their best guess as the culprit, and if they are wrong call and they will help me. $75 bucks total. Thank you for your great serves and honesty

I've used Re-Born almost exclusively for about 12 years. In that time I have never had to take my car back because it was not fixed properly the first time. They are friendly, their estimates are accurate and they finish when the say they will. That said, they are not cheap. I recommend them highly.

I've been a customer for three years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I had to have an expensive part replaced and instead of taking my money, Reborn informed me that the Volkswagen dealership would do it for free due to a recall that I didn't know about (saving me $500!). They offer a free shuttle service, have a nice waiting area and darn good coffee. They always explain the work that they recommend before proceeding and I know that I won't be taken for a ride. Plus, they clean your car when they're done!
