Hi Richard, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry you were unhappy with our charges for testing the cooling system of your Audi Q5. Unfortunately, with the design of the engine and it's placement in the car, there are many plastic cooling system parts that can be leak points and issues and we feel it is important to thoroughly inspect the system to minimize any surprises, and this takes time. Jim did present you with the cost of testing prior to our performing the work, so this comes as a bit of a surprise.
