Very friendly greeting for a first time customer. Very concerned about taking care of my car issues. Jim has always kept me in the loop what happening and answered my questions. On picking up my car met David Street who performed the work on my my car. Was very concerned about how the work is done and fixed things that needed attention. Also how everyone thought it was the best looking PT they have seen. Made me feel good to know that they knew how I took care of my car. Also was not expecting a bottle of wine when picking my car up. Great job overall I would recommend this shop to others in the future, and will return as needed for routine work to be done. Over the years, Reborn has performed almost all of these services listed above on my 2002 CRV, and I have been totally happy with the results and the reasonable expense. I trust them completely to check the car for routine maintenance and then let me know if there is something that needs to be fixed and the cost to do it. They have showed me what may need attention in the future, like brakes that were wearing down but not enough to warrant replacement yet. They do not pressure you in any way. The work done on the car has been done well and communication is prompt and thorough. Give them a try!
