Great experience with this shop. I called around shops near me and choose Re-Born Automotive because they sounded friendly and knowledgeable and didn't give me attitude about the mods I made to my car. I replaced some suspension hardware on my VW Golf to install big brakes and lowering springs and the car needed an alignment afterward. Well they did a fantastic alignment job on my VW Golf and provided a alignment report showing the changes and now the car drives spot-on. Totally recommend this shop.

There are not enough positive words to describe Re-Born Automotive's drive for excellence and customer care. The company is beyond accommodating with their shuttle service. Communication regarding my vehicle was fluid and I did not feel pressured, taken advantage of, or overcharged in any way. As a female, it is important to feel like you are paying the right price for car maintenance. Re-born Automotive is an honest company, with a hard-working, and enjoyable staff.
