First off this business does an excellent job on communicating with their customers. They are very welcoming and will give you a run down on what was fixed or what needs to be fixed. Even after driving back to my hometown in MN they went out of there way to hand write a thanks for stopping in. So +A for that. Besides that, this place can be a bit spendy compared to other mechanics. Maybe MN prices are different from Oregon, but I ended up paying $400 more than if I went back to MN to get my car worked on there. Not only that but they'll charge you extra for something simple as testing your alternator. And if you want to save any money with any discounts you will have to do that research and be vocal about it yourself. After they gave me the bill I had to remind them that I was a AAA member to get a few bucks off from my bill. Overall it's a good business, the people are nice, but the services can add up if you're not careful in researching parts and discounts.
Mackenzie, it was a pleasure working with you. I’m sorry our pricing seems high. As I recall you called in for an estimate for the service and we provided you with our cost to perform the service and you called a few weeks later to schedule. Certainly different regions have different pricing due to costs associated with their location. Again, thanks for coming in and your kind words about our service. I hope we can continue to be your go-to shop. -Vince and the crew
