Friendly, thorough, takes the time to explain what's going on

I had a mysterious bad running problem, the guys needed a long time to trace the problem. They checked with me along the way about progress and tried to get it done in time for a trip. Missed the trip but not for want of trying. They didn't hurt me bad on the labor and finally got the problem sorted to my satisfaction. After a couple hundred miles had similar problem, they got right on it and re-connected a stupid vacuum hose and didn't charge me. Cheers for thorough and competent work and great service, jc
