I recently brought my 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe to Re-Born Automotive for extensive repairs, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. Hans and John provided exceptional communication, clearly explaining every step, especially with the engine and transmission issues. They were transparent, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared not only about the car, but the person. The repairs were extensive—replacing valve cover gaskets, a full timing belt service, fixing the cooling system, overhauling the brakes, addressing transmission concerns, and more! Though the cost was significant, I felt it was fair for the amount and high-quality work they delivered. Their patience and empathy were truly appreciated, and they even offered discounts on parts and labor, which made a big difference. With the added warranty for extra peace of mind, I’m extremely thankful for the care and service they provided. Look forward to working with them again to keep my car in good shape!
