Re-found Reborn after a few years away from the area. So, glad! I trust them above all others, drive from Vancouver to have them service my Toyotas. Cliff explains things, answers all my questions. I always feel, even when its more than I had hoped the charges would be that I am getting it done right, fair price and outstanding customer service and guarantee. They checked out my Tacoma for fishing trip to AK/BC/Yukon, 4300 miles. I worked with Jim at Re-Born. His service was phenomenal and I appreciated his willingness to constantly stay in communication with me. My car wouldn't start during the snow storm so I was expecting the fix to take a few days but Jim was constantly in the office making sure my car would get back on the road. Great experience.

Called in on Thursday near the final hour. I, asked if they had time on Friday the 23rd I needed an oil change.I, am in construction and my vehicle always needs to be in great shape.They said sure come in at 8:00 am. In the meantimegave me a ride to my destination.When they finished they called me and said if I needed a ride I said yes.Sent a driver to pick me up. No, Problem.I, have been coming to this shop for 20 years. People ask me why? There honest.On 12-7-2016 My odometer reached 500,000Prior to that I, asked Management let's promote this.They said they would contact a Toyota dealership and see what can be done.Management and I were surprised by there response.Toyota said we no longer promoting the 500,000 Program.Now, they only do 1 million miles promotion. Toyota,did say send the owner to us and we'll give him a good deal with his trade-in.No thanks. I, will be 75 years old when I reach the 1 million mark.Take care everyone have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New 2017

I have 3 certified mechanics in my life: my dad, my brother and Re-Born. Dad retired, my brother lives too far away & I haven't been anywhere but Re-Born in years. Whether it is a simple fix or a huge mystery (like my most recent brake issues), Re-Born always treats me well. They get to the bottom of the issue and don't tack on a bunch of superfluous charges. I'm a customer for life!
