It’s rare for me to give five-star reviews, so please know that this rating is WELL DESERVED. I’ve been coming here for about five years, and this place NEVER disappoints. The customer service is impeccable, and their honesty is unmatched. My usual go-to person is Hans, with whom I’ve built a trusting relationship over the years. When they recently hired John, I wasn’t sure what to expect, given my loyalty to Hans. But John—WOW. He is absolutely amazing. He’s right up there with Hans as one of the most caring and genuine individuals you could hope for at an automotive repair shop. Trusting someone with your car repairs can feel vulnerable, and John and Hans understand that. They’ve consistently been honest about the condition of my car, allowing me to make informed decisions about necessary repairs and how take care of my car. Re-borne Automotive is doing everything right by hiring the kind of people who build trust with customers and ensure our cars get the honest, quality service they need. Had an oil change & battery replaced. John graciously provided shuttle service, and the work on my Mini Cooper was done by noon. This is a small and mighty team that goes out of its way to make the customer feel valued.

I recently brought my 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe to Re-Born Automotive for extensive repairs, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. Hans and John provided exceptional communication, clearly explaining every step, especially with the engine and transmission issues. They were transparent, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared not only about the car, but the person. The repairs were extensive—replacing valve cover gaskets, a full timing belt service, fixing the cooling system, overhauling the brakes, addressing transmission concerns, and more! Though the cost was significant, I felt it was fair for the amount and high-quality work they delivered. Their patience and empathy were truly appreciated, and they even offered discounts on parts and labor, which made a big difference. With the added warranty for extra peace of mind, I’m extremely thankful for the care and service they provided. Look forward to working with them again to keep my car in good shape!

Amazing service, but whoever answered Jon/John is not very friendly or just very impatient. Pull the call.

Amazing service. I originally wrote a not-so-thrilled review about an interaction I had with them, but maybe it was just an off day for that individual and for me too, because everything that came after exceeded my expectations. I will continue to recommend them for consistently going above and beyond.
