First experience with ReBorn Auto. I have to say, these gus are top notch. Never rude to me, listened, gave me the facts, and waited for me after hours, when I was on the trolley to pick up car. Thank you John and my mechanic for giving me peace of mind, and no new brakes needed yet! at least not yet.

My car had a sudden failure of the alternator and I was stuck at home. Reborn automotive took my car in the same day and repaired it the next day, even though they were completely booked up. And they were really nice about it. This is amazing customer service and support!

Scheduled a 5k service on our 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Appreciated being told tire rotation was not necessary because all tires have equal tread depth remaining, thus avoiding unnecessary expense. A job well done as expected (45-years happy customer) Waited in the comfortable waiting area with a cup of fresh brewed coffee an access to the internet. Also clean restrooms. The work got done sooner than I expected.
