THis was the last trip to ReBorn for my much-loved VW Beetle because I was selling it. It had less than 4000 miles when I purchased it and over 124,000 when I sold it and it was still going strong (just did not fit my needs any longer). I now have a brand new car with routine maintenance covered for two years. But, as soon as the coverage period ends, I will be bringing that car back to ReBorn! I trust everyone at Reborn and know that you will always treat me well and take excellent care of my car. You guys rock!!

Don't you just hate it when a part recently replaced (< 3 months ago) fails. It happened to me and I was not a happy camper. I brought my car back for a checkout and within 15 minutes they had my car on the lift, problem identified and told me they would take care of it as quickly as possible as soon as they could get the part. I got a call about 2 1/2 hours later, car was fixed, no charge, no BS. They earned a customer by the professional way they handled it. They were honest, kept their word and no excuses. That's how a problem is supposed to be handled!
