Portland Auto Repair

I am happy to have my car back in the care of Reborn. After having service done at another shop I appreciate the personal attention offered at Reborn. I will not take my car to anyone else if I am in Portland.

A friend recommended this place to me. I was going on a 2400 mile road trip and needed my car checked out before I left. The technicians knew I was going to be waiting, so they bumped up my appointment on the spot (thanks guys!). I ended up waiting for about 3 hours while they checked everything out, despite an original callback time six or seven hours after my appointment. There were some things that needed fixing in my car, but I was able to talk to the technician and figure out what really needed to be done that day and what could wait. I didn't feel pressured. They were friendly and attentive.

Excellent service, in all respects. They are friendly, helpful and provide excellent care of my car. Also, even though my car was "due" for an oil change according to number of months, they suggested that it was not necessary since the mileage driven was low and the oil was fine. Good advice for my car, my budget, and the environment.

I hopped up my Jetta with a stage 2 tune and Vince did an excellent job researching a stronger clutch to take the 50 percent increase in power.He fixed small irritating things like key fob battery and dash lights out. It was a joy as usual doing business with them. It was a good price for all that was done.

The folks at Re-born strive to not only repair your vehicle, but they try to save you money when possible, too. Recently they repaired my exhaust system by welding a pipe instead of replacing the old one.Despite the fact that they service many different makes and models, they are knowledgeable about the models I have had repaired there.

I've taken cars to Reborn for 15+ years and have always been completely happy with their service. I appreciate the safety checks they offer and that repairs are explained thoroughly - along with recommendations for what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait. I feel confident that they're being honest with me and that they provide a high level of service. Staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. My car is always ready on time and they even give me rides to work. My family and and couple friends also use Reborn and I've recommended the shop to others many times.
