These guys are amazing! They know their stuff and are well qualified. Friendliest group I’ve ever worked with! Susanne up front is awesome❣️ She is knowledgeable, helpful, and her smile lights up the room! If you’re into waiting, like me, it’s a big area and there are comfy chairs, reading materials, Wi-Fi, a very kool, clean bathroom, and you can make a freshly ground cup of coffee in their Fancy-Schmancy Italian coffee maker! Come on in and hang out, or walk round the corner to shop at the huge Goodwill store! Keeping it friendly at Re-Born!

I was very happy with my experience. This will be my new regular mechanic and oil change place! Everyone was so nice and thorough!

Service was done quickly and honestly. I thought I was going to need a coolant flush and fill (dealer said it was needed) and the tech stated it wasn't needed. They took pictures of the test results and shared them with me. They did a check on the car and noticed that my battery terminals had a lot of corrosion on them, I was provided with a picture and suggestion on how to avoid it. Their system uses an online site to view their assessment and select services that you would like them to complete, which is nice to review and not feel like a decision is needed while on the phone. The people I dealt with were very nice and helpful.
