My mechanic for the last few decades closed not long ago. So I recently,(based on a friends recommendation) called Reborn Automotive, regarding my break light coming on and strange noises. The were able to get my car in quickly. I dropped it by on a Thursday night and I was told that it would be done on Friday. I was expecting a huge bill, but I found them to reasonable and honest, with no BS. They could have told me I needed breaks all the way around, or calipers..., but they didn't. My car was done on time and it has great breaks! Their service was excellent, friendly and valued me as a customer. If you are looking for an honest auto shop, this is the place to go!

Always explains service options, never tries to upsell any unneeded services, and always competitively priced (except for a synthetic oil change, where they can't beat a Toyota dealership on volume pricing).

Re-Born has been amazing to us on multiple occasions, going above and beyond and being incredibly friendly and communicative every time! We definitely get excellent service for reasonable prices. I have never felt the same fears I feel at other mechanics regarding bad service, shoddy repairs, and swindling. The folks at Re-born have only given me reason to trust them and I do! The MOST amazing car shop in Portland! This is the 2nd time they have gone FAR above and beyond for my partner and I. This time they called the company that sent us a faulty part and got our money back. They really didn't need to do that but Cliff was great and made sure we were 100% covered. I cannot speak highly enough about the people at Re-Born and I will ALWAYS come back here.
