This was my first time at Re-Born Automotive. I took a car that I bought used in to them because I thought it had a front wheel bearing going out. They did a full vehicle inspection and let me know that no it wasn't the wheel bearing but the hum I heard might be the tires since they were worn pretty far down. Having checked the cost of 4 new tires and compared them to what I was being offered through Re-Born, I was definitely getting a much better deal from them. I very much appreciated the vehicle inspection and the report they gave me on what things would need to be taken care of in the future and the estimated cost of each one. I will definitely recommend Re-Born to anyone looking for an honest, thorough and qualified automotive shop. My thanks to everyone at Re-Born Automotive!!

Extremely knowledgeable, professional staff. As I mainly work on my own vehicles, I rarely have the need to visit a repair shop. However, the sudden failure of one of my front brake calipers prompted the usual "calling around to find the best quote." Re-Born struck my attention almost immediately by correctly pointing out that the replacement of one brake caliper required replacement of both the left and right side; other shops were quoting me for one caliper replacement, leaving out this important detail. Jim was very honest in telling me that I was requesting their services at a busy time for the shop. Despite this, the job was done way earlier than expected. When the need arises, I will be returning to Re-Born in the future.

Honestly, these people are lovely. The first time I dropped off my car, it was because this was the closest location to work. I've since changed jobs three times and moved to a different neighborhood, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I've been going in for their 5,000 mile checkups regularly since 2016, and I have always gotten an honest report with fair prices, and fast turn around times. The customer service has always been friendly and non-judgemental. I don't expect to take my car anywhere else any time soon. Especially now that they use an online task approval system.

They were very accommodating. I needed to get my car looked at while at work, and I had surgery the next day so I wouldn't have been able to pick it up. I dropped off my car in the morning, and I was able to arrange someone else to pick it up for me the next day since it needed to stay overnight. I also liked how I was given the option to accept or reject each item of recommended service after diagnostics.

Came for a pre-purchase mechanical inspection on my 2014 Smart Twofor. Sat in the waiting room (comfortable and well-appointed) so got to observe and overhear their great rapport with their customers. Everyone I saw left as a happy customer. I ended up buying the Smart car that afternoon, wiser to its couple of small problems that can be inexpensively repaired.
