Jim was even able to arrange for me to drop off the car a little before the shop was open to accommodate my work schedule. The folks at Re-Born were cordial, communicative, and honest. I was in a car accident and wanted Reborn to examine my car for mechanical damage. They fit me into their schedule quickly, found no damage, and even hooked me up with a body shop they work with. Good and honest mechanics, Cliff was very upfront and honest when I got a pre-purchase inspection from them. He advised me on everything that was wrong and what could go wrong with the car as well as letting me know how much it would be to fix up what was wrong and gave me their recommendation on to buy the vehicle or not I absolutely would recommend Re-Born and I will be returning a customer for the long run Like I said, GOOD and HONEST work done by GOOD and HONEST people.

I have been going to Re-Born Automotive for about a decade now. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. My latest issue (a timing chain replacement) ended up being quite expensive. But Jim, Cliff and co. tried to do everything they could come up with to help me avoid a big repair. Their communication throughout the process is excellent. When it came time to do the repair they were fast and efficient. Their team is very knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy.

Cliff made is so easy to bring my car in for repair and made sure to explain the entire process, including the bill. There was even a little sweet treat on my car seat from the mechanic who did the work! They were honest, polite and graciously accommodated me the next day when I needed one more thing done. This is a good team!
