Always explains service options, never tries to upsell any unneeded services, and always competitively priced (except for a synthetic oil change, where they can't beat a Toyota dealership on volume pricing).

Re-Born has been amazing to us on multiple occasions, going above and beyond and being incredibly friendly and communicative every time! We definitely get excellent service for reasonable prices. The MOST amazing car shop in Portland! This is the 2nd time they have gone FAR above and beyond for my partner and I. This time they called the company that sent us a faulty part and got our money back. They really didn't need to do that but Cliff was great and made sure we were 100% covered.
