I had a broken sway bar and they fixed it right up, and gave me the choice of using a used part to save some money.

Fixed my starter same day. Pick up/drop off at work. Recommend them to everyone. I don't look forward to car repair but the make it easy when it happens.

We've been happy customers since we first visited the old location with one of our "new" used cars. We'd wandered from shop to shop before that, but were never satisfied. We've referred plenty of friends and acquaintances over the years, and none has been unhappy with Re-Born's work. At this point, Vince, Becky, and Cliff feel almost like family.

I bought a used car that had been serviced at ReBorn in the past--and now I know why!! ReBorn has excellent service and they never, ever try to "pull one over" on you. They only use superior parts and truly stand by their work. I would never take a foreign car anywhere else!

Seven of us were going on a road trip, taking two vehicles from Calgary, Alberta, Canada to drive down the coast of California, starting in Portland. After fifteen hours on the road we got to Portland and as soon as we were in the city one of the cars broke down. It was after hours, but we called Re-Born Automotive and got a call back that night saying they would take our car in immediately the next morning. The repair would take a couple days, so they helped us get a rental vehicle so that our trip could still happen. When we got back to Portland after our trip, the car that broke down was fixed, and one of the employee's was kind enough to pick us up and bring us to the shop. As one car got on it's way back home, my car broke down on the freeway. We brought this second car to them, and though they were completely booked for the day, Cliff worked late and had it ready to go for me first thing the next morning! My car is now running better than ever. Laura and I, the owners of the cars, received excellent repairs and fast service. The price was fair, because they cut off some of the cost where they could. The people who work there are friendly and good people. The only negative thing about Re-Born Automotive is that they aren't in my city to be my permanent car repair shop.

I went in for an oilchange and was in and out very quickly.
