Love my shop. Everyone here has always provided fabulous friendly service. I brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse in for service and to fix a start/stall issue. They could not duplicate it and spend a good amount of time try to. They didn't even charge me for the first days attempt. It had to do with the anti-theft mechanism in my engine. My keys with computer chips conflicted with each other. They figured it out, fixed the code error and I was up and running again. The biggest thing I take away from my visit is Mike's empathy for my start/stall issue. They even found a slight leak in my front cam shaft ring and said it was not worth the money to repair. How often does that happen?! Thanks Mike, thanks Re-Born! Thanks for the lovely bottle of wine!April

I like these guys because they always work with me on what needs to be done now and what can wait till later. No emphasis on doing things just because the "computer" says it is time.

Another great service visit. I had concerns about low mileage, and during the safety inspection they found a bad O2 sensor and replaced it. They vacuumed the inside of the car. Only half a point off, because in the past they washed the car too.

After 15+ years of being a customer I've got to say I wasn't thrilled when I left. Most of the time I'm happy with what I've gotten from you guys. I dealt with a new guy (to me) Michael and didn't get the best in the way of conversation, feedback and understanding.I left the car the night before with three things I was concerned about. The next day I hadn't heard anything by 1pm so I called. Not ready yet so I called back again at 2:30 and found out a safety inspection had been done. $75 worth of finding what's wrong. Didn't seem the best use of my money. Too late in the day to do any of the work that I had written down. Lots of problems but some that I had written down that I would need to schedule for another day. I left the car all day and have to come back again.One problem was no brake lights. I was told $60 to diagnose. According to Michael bulbs were not checked and neither was the fuse. I looked at the fuse, it was blown, change it and my lights work. Seems like a very simple check you could have done for your customer that wasn't done. Wiper blades were quoted at $35. I went to Broadway Toyota who charged me $11 which included installation. I always thought I would get better service and price from you guys.I will continue to use you guys, for some work, and recommend you to others but I'm now looking around for not only the best deal and the best service. I don't think I got either this time.

Re-Born continues to provide excellent service. Today I took my vehicle in for an oil change and was able to pick it up within an hours time. When I picked it up, I noticed that there was a small puddle of oil on the ground under my vehicle. I went back in and told the gentleman at the front desk. He took my car back to double check that my car wasn't leaking oil. It wasn't, it was just residual oil. Thank you for going the extra mile!

I still wish you had either early/later hours, or weekend hours, but have never had any other complaints with your service and professionalism. Thanks~!
