Love my shop. Everyone here has always provided fabulous friendly service. I brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse in for service and to fix a start/stall issue. They could not duplicate it and spend a good amount of time try to. They didn't even charge me for the first days attempt. It had to do with the anti-theft mechanism in my engine. My keys with computer chips conflicted with each other. They figured it out, fixed the code error and I was up and running again. The biggest thing I take away from my visit is Mike's empathy for my start/stall issue. They even found a slight leak in my front cam shaft ring and said it was not worth the money to repair. I have a very, um, fussy car. When I take it to the shop, I say, "it has X wrong with it, but please, if you see something else, fix it!" Most mechanics usually A. don't fix what's wrong and B. don't look around. Therefore, car comes back from shop, then something else falls off. Re-Born both fixed the problems and alerted me to potential problems and gave me the quote to fix those problems. Now I have a car that runs like a dream.

The service work, an alignment job, was performed quickly. I had some questions about a peculiar, hot odor that was coming from under the hood, and the service guys found the problem and Mike did his usual great job explaining the source and possible options for my consideration. As usual, the waiting area was spotless, and it was also decorated for the season. A very pleasant overall experience (again, as usual).

As always, Reborn took care of us with competence and kindness. We arrived to drop off the car, just as Cliff was opening up. He had me come in with him, and as soon as he had turned off the alarm, he got the essential information and the car key. At the end of the day, the problem had been analyzed, the repair completed, and picking up the car was almost as quick and easy as dropping it off.
