Once again, great service. I needed some things done by 3 pm and they had it all done by noon.

Many years working with this firm have shown that they do good, thorough, and timely work on our cars. Always quick to respond to any problems or complaints. Always able to schedule us in when we need it and to provide transportation back home if needed.

They worked extra hard to figure out an automotive mystery. Excellent communication and great effort.

Took my car into the shop for several issues including a safety check. Reborn determined that a drive belt was going out and needed to be replaced. VW specified 2.7 hours labor to do the job but before i authorized they offered to only charge for 2 hours, which was very nice. When I picked up the car, they told me it only took 1 hour of labor and charged me for that amount! This was a savings for me of about $150 that they could have just pocketed. Thanks reborn.

Love my shop. Everyone here has always provided fabulous friendly service. I brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse in for service and to fix a start/stall issue. They could not duplicate it and spend a good amount of time try to. They didn't even charge me for the first days attempt. It had to do with the anti-theft mechanism in my engine. My keys with computer chips conflicted with each other. They figured it out, fixed the code error and I was up and running again. The biggest thing I take away from my visit is Mike's empathy for my start/stall issue. They even found a slight leak in my front cam shaft ring and said it was not worth the money to repair. good service as always. However, bringing the car in at 8 and not having it ready until 5 each time seems a little inconvenient, especially given the location and traffic at those times.
