I am so happy to be back at Re-Born after my american car experiences. Very happy to have Cliff taking care of my car again.

The folks at Reborn really take good care of my car & I. They offer friendly service with knowledgeable technicians. They use the parts my car is supposed to have. The customer waiting area is comfortable & very un-garage like!

The staff is always so nice and helpful. They check in with you and let you know what they find or how things are going. They even gave me a ride to work when I dropped my car off and a bottle of wine for recommending a friend!

Prompt service for alternator/battery failure, repairs done in 4 hours; friendly staff kept me informed and even fixed a couple of little annoyances for free along the way.

My Volvo 960 was having starting issues. I had it towed down to them. I was scared it was going to be a nightmare, you know the run around. I am happy to report that they got to my car in a reasonable amount of time. Their communication was up front, personable and to the point, no vague promises. They could of ripped me off saying it was a starter or ignition switch, but nope, they found the loose wire on my starter and repaired it. They even said that this was their best guess as the culprit, and if they are wrong call and they will help me. $75 bucks total. Thank you for your great serves and honesty

I've used Re-Born almost exclusively for about 12 years. In that time I have never had to take my car back because it was not fixed properly the first time. They are friendly, their estimates are accurate and they finish when the say they will. That said, they are not cheap. I recommend them highly.
