I have a very, um, fussy car. When I take it to the shop, I say, "it has X wrong with it, but please, if you see something else, fix it!" Most mechanics usually A. don't fix what's wrong and B. don't look around. Therefore, car comes back from shop, then something else falls off. Re-Born both fixed the problems and alerted me to potential problems and gave me the quote to fix those problems. Now I have a car that runs like a dream.

The service work, an alignment job, was performed quickly. I had some questions about a peculiar, hot odor that was coming from under the hood, and the service guys found the problem and Mike did his usual great job explaining the source and possible options for my consideration. As usual, the waiting area was spotless, and it was also decorated for the season. A very pleasant overall experience (again, as usual).

As always, Reborn took care of us with competence and kindness. We arrived to drop off the car, just as Cliff was opening up. He had me come in with him, and as soon as he had turned off the alarm, he got the essential information and the car key. At the end of the day, the problem had been analyzed, the repair completed, and picking up the car was almost as quick and easy as dropping it off.

Re-born has been taking care of our family autos for decades. I have complete confidence in their assessment of what maintenance is a must, a need, and an option. My car is a 1995, and last DEQ check, they said it ran like a new car!

I was first told that both tie-rod ends need to be replaced and, because the job costs $400, I discussed with several friends, researched online, before finally giving them the go-ahead. But when I picked up the car later in the afternoon, I was told that the master technician double checked and determined both parts were in good enough shape to postpone the job for another year or two. I was happily surprised indeed. These people are in my opinion quite honest, after having come back for close to 6 years for various repairs and maintenance.

It's always a delight to bring my car to Reborn. No matter what their skilled machanics discover, I have confidence that it will be explained to me in language that I understand so that I can make an educated decision as to how to proceed. I only wish I had learnt of Reborn sooner. They are competent, efficient, reasonable, prompt, and altogether a pleasure to deal with.

I had one disappointment,that is, I brought the car in for a suspected cracked cylinder head, was told that wasn't the case then when the problem grew much worse 3 days later brought it back. This time the substantiated my original diagnosis of a damaged head. They charged me again.
