Well organized and friendly service

Outstanding service and thoroughness exceled our expectations

I have visited Re-Born twice. First time was a slight emergency and they had no issues getting me in on a super busy day. Second time was just an oil change, but they always get me in on same day. Front reception is always friendly and the guys in the back always come out and talk to me about whats been done. This will be the one place I go to get my Subaru worked on.

I was waiting for an oil change service this morning when Mike asked "Would you like to use synthetic oil, which will allow you to change every 5,000 miles instead of 3,000". That's the kind of "customer-first" service I've come to expect at Re-Born.

As irksome as it is to have to get your car towed, Vince was great helping me over the phone and the process was not as painful as one would expect. The service at Reborn was quick and thorough. Cliff knows his cars and I trust and follow his car maintenance opinions completely. Thanks guys!
