a great repair by the Re-Born team, my 2003 W8 lost the torque convertor as I was leaving on vacation. My VW Passat W8 although 10 years old has only 30,000 miles and everyone at Re-Born worked to try to get VW to cover this frequent repair on the early W8's. VW America said no way but Re-Born went above and beyond, as always, and did the repair on time and at the original estimated price. Actually they were below the original estimate as Cliff got a deal on some of the parts. Thanks to the folks at Re-Born.

Found problems that hadnt been found by the dealership even after several visits to the dealer this past year. Offered multiple solutions, not just the most expensive ones. Were nice enough to glue my visor back together after it randomly fell apart on the morning of my appointment.
