Example: I was concerned about the remaining life of my tires, but today's routine service (oil change, etc) revealed that there is 5.5/32 remaining on each tire, indicating 1) sufficient tread is left, and 2) the even tread wear indicates no balance or alignment issues. I could give you 5 more examples just from today's service.l

They also were able to take care of a minor battery cabling issue I was unaware of for no charge.
